The Beaver Valley Branch of the American Association of University Women is again offering the Effie Soloman Memorial Scholarship. The award of $1000 is open to female residents of Beaver County, Pennsylvania who are enrolled in an accredited law school. Those who have completed at least one year of law school in good standing shall be given preference.
The application procedure is as follows:
1. Letter of inquiry to the above address requesting application OR

2. Completed application form submitted by April 30, 2010
3. Three letters of reference. (at least two from law school)
4. Transcripts of grades from college and law school.
5. Interview by the Beaver Valley AAUW Scholarship Committee.
